Posting Your Site to GitHub

I want to be sure that I plan my submission correctly.

Would posting all server and cms files to GitHub and providing a sample database along with a URL to a live functioning version of the site suffice?

Is there anything else required when submitting the actual server files and .sql sample aside from images/video about the submission?

I want to be sure since it will require a CMS, I was planning on submitting the GitHub project with a copy of a sample .sql file to run on any machine, a live URL of the project and uploading text file (along with images/video of functionality) with the backend credential information.

I'm just worried that there is a specific way to do this.

Thanks!

    Hi Shajah,

What you outlined above would definitely suffice for your submission.

You can upload a file on the "Enter a Submission" form, if there's something you don't want to include in the public Github repo.

    Best,
    Peter
