Database Structures and Code Availability

Am building an application that will take Harlem to the next level(A website and mobile Apps that can work on every devices.). I can make my Code and Database Structures/Schemas available to Harlem inc only for their usage and not to the general public. Do that qualifies me or disqualify me from the contest. its urgent

    Hi,

    Per the challenge rules, all submissions must be open source and available to the public under an open source license. This will allow Silicon Harlem to have an open source platform that the community can contribute to and help manage on an ongoing basis after the challenge.
